We like having fun so much that we’ve made it one of our core values: camaraderie!

Every quarter, we select the top performing associates at our apartment properties – we refer to these associates as our “Circle of Excellence” winners. To recognize the winners, each region holds a market-wide celebration for our local associates. Twice a year, the celebrations are big events that are attended by almost all of our local associates – as many as 500 people! It’s a big deal!

Other times of the year, we also have a lot of informal activities that promote having a good time. While the activities vary depending on whether you work on-site or at one of our offices, here’s an idea of what to look forward to:

Our associates are a competitive group, and that often spills over into sports. It’s not unusual for our associates to organize dodgeball, softball, and volleyball teams. We like to have fun!
